These are the terms for using MailArrive. We have tried to keep them readable rather than impressive. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
MailArrive is operated by Matano Enterprises LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Matano Enterprises LLC, and "you" means the person or business using the service.
MailArrive checks how email is configured and how likely it is to reach the inbox. It analyses records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC, checks reputation and blocklists, reviews messages you submit, and builds email signatures. Some features use AI to produce explanations and recommendations.

This part matters, so it is in plain words. MailArrive tells you how your email is configured and what is likely to help. We cannot guarantee that your email will reach any particular inbox. Deliverability depends on mailbox providers, your sending history, your content and your recipients, none of which we control. Our reports, scores and recommendations are informational and are not a warranty of any outcome.
AI-generated explanations and signature designs can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you act on it, especially before changing DNS records.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
What you put into MailArrive stays yours. Signatures you create are yours to use however you like. You give us permission to store and process your content only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
If you display the badge, it reflects checks against your domain at a point in time and is re-checked periodically. You may display it only while your domain actually passes, only for a domain you control, and you may not alter the badge artwork. We may withdraw a badge if a domain stops meeting the criteria or if it is used misleadingly.
The MailArrive name, logo, site, and software are ours. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you.
You can stop using MailArrive and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service at risk. If we end your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
