Impersonation

See who is sending as you

Every mail provider on earth already writes you a daily report about who is using your domain. It arrives as XML that nobody can read. We turn it into a list of names, and tell you when it is safe to lock impersonators out.

One domain, one TXT record, billed monthly. Cancel whenever you like.

What you get

The parts that matter, without the marketing.

Senders, not IP addresses

One week of a real domain produced 83 report rows that were all the same sender. We group them: Resend, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, three lines instead of eighty-three. The individual addresses are one click away when something is wrong.

Your own servers, recognised

An on-premise Exchange box has no selector we would know and an address nobody publishes, so it looks exactly like a stranger. We check reverse DNS and your own SPF first, and it reads as "Your own server" rather than an unknown IP you have to go and research.

Anything we cannot place, you can label

Type what it is once and it stays named, matched by address or by reverse DNS, so a whole cluster is answered together.

Every sender, named

Not just an IP. We show the signing domain and selector, so a failure reads as "that newsletter tool" instead of a number.

Know before you enforce

Turning on enforcement while something legitimate still fails is how real mail gets bounced. We tell you when the data says it is safe.

Told when something new appears

A new server starts sending as you and you hear about it, rather than finding out from a customer.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to install.

1

Add your domain

We give you one TXT record, with the host to put it on.

2

Publish and confirm

One button checks your DNS live and tells you separately whether the record is right and whether reports have started arriving.

3

Watch, then enforce

Once every real sender passes, move to quarantine and then reject with the evidence behind you.

4

Show somebody

Open a report for any period and hand it over. It says what was seen, who sent it and what needs a look, on one page that prints.

Start watching your domain

DMARC Monitor is $9 a month for one domain. Publish one TXT record, and from the next report onwards you can see every server sending as you and whether it passed. No trial to remember to cancel, and nothing to install.
