Click Copy signature above.
Open Gmail settings (button below), then scroll to the Signature section.
Click Create new, give it a name, and click Create.
Click into the big signature box and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
Under Signature defaults, pick it for For new emails and On reply/forward.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. This is easy to miss.

Worth knowing: Paste into the signature box itself, not a compose window. Gmail keeps the formatting and loads your logo from our servers.

Open Gmail signature settings →

Click Copy signature above.
In Outlook, open Settings (the gear, top right).
Go to Accounts → Signatures.
Click New signature and name it.
Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
Set it under For new messages and For replies/forwards, then Save.

Worth knowing: If the paste shows raw code instead of the design, undo, then paste again using Ctrl+Shift+V or the Keep Source Formatting paste option.

Click Copy signature above.
Open Outlook settings (button below). If the link lands elsewhere, use the gear icon → Mail → Compose and reply.
Under Email signature, click New signature and name it.
Click into the box and paste with Ctrl+V.
Choose it for new messages and for replies/forwards.
Click Save.

Worth knowing: This is the work or school version (Microsoft 365). For a personal @outlook.com or @hotmail.com address, use the Outlook.com tab.

Click Copy signature above.
Open settings (button below), or the gear icon → Mail → Compose and reply.
Under Email signature, click New signature and name it.
Click into the box and paste with Ctrl+V.
Pick it for new messages and replies, then Save.

Worth knowing: For personal Microsoft addresses (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com).

Open Outlook.com signature settings →

Click Copy signature above.
In Mail, choose Mail → Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar.
Open the Signatures tab.
Pick your email account on the left, then click + to add one and name it.
Select everything in the right-hand box and paste with Cmd+V.
Uncheck “Always match my default message font” — leaving it ticked strips your colors and fonts.
Choose it from the Choose Signature menu for that account.

Worth knowing: That checkbox is the single most common reason an Apple Mail signature looks plain. Uncheck it before you paste.

Email this signature to yourself first: click Copy signature, paste it into a new email, and send it to your own address.
On your iPhone or iPad, open that email in the Mail app.
Press and hold on the signature, then drag the handles to select all of it and tap Copy.
Go to Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature.
Clear whatever is there, press and hold in the box, and tap Paste.
If it pastes as plain text, tap the small arrow and choose Paste and Match Style’s opposite — keep the formatting.

Worth knowing: iOS Mail has no import, so copying from a real email is the only way to keep the formatting. On older iOS versions the path is Settings → Mail → Signature.

Click Copy signature above.
Open Account Settings from the hamburger menu.
Select your account in the left sidebar.
Tick Use HTML under the signature text box.
Paste into the signature box with Ctrl+V.
Close Account Settings — Thunderbird saves as you go.

Worth knowing: Use HTML must be ticked or Thunderbird will show the raw code instead of the design.
